Refund policy

You can return a book within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the book price. It needs to be unused and in the condition you got it. You pay for return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded.

To start a return, email britton@whaleyandlockey.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address.

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of getting the book back. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If your book arrives damaged, or you got the wrong item, email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund including shipping, and you don't have to send anything back.
