I enjoyed reading the book to my 7 year old daughter. There was a fun activity at the end of the book to find a read fish, I thought that was a great touch. The themes of cooperation and helping the community are important values for kids. I wish the story were a bit longer, and the themes developed a little more but I believe this is a strong start for the author and look forward to future books.
